Where should I park?
Limited undercover parking on Oliva side of the hotel. Parking at rear of hotel.
Are children allowed?
Minors are very welcome in the bistro but must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times. No minors in sports bar and gaming room.
Do you have a kid’s play area?
Yes, we have an outdoors play area, with games.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we love furry friends. They are welcome outside only and must be on a lead.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, Veivers road footpath access only.
Do you show sports?
Major sports are shown across the venue check here to see if your favourite sport is being played.
Can I bring a cake and decorations?
You are very welcome to bring a cake and no cakeage fee is charged. Decorations are also fine but must not be messy or interfere with other patrons.
Do you cater for dietaries?
Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options.
Can I request a specific location in the venue?
Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.
